02Are travel costs included in the packages?
Travel within Slovakia on your wedding day is included in the price of all packages.
03How and when are the wedding films delivered?
I carefully review all the footage and choose the moments that best capture the atmosphere and emotion of your day. I take the same care with the music, because it shapes 80% of the impression a film leaves. Quality is very important to me, so delivery takes 4–6 months during the wedding season.
You’ll first receive a link to watch your wedding highlight film and request any adjustments. Once you approve it, the film may be shared on my website and social media. Your full wedding film and highlight film are then delivered on a USB drive in a beautifully presented box.
04What happens during a wedding consultation?
Before your wedding, we meet in person if you’re based near Žilina, or arrange an online call. We go through all the important details, but above all, we get to know each other. On your wedding day, you won’t have to worry about being filmed by someone you’ve never met. It makes our time together more relaxed and the resulting film even better.
05How does a post-wedding portrait session work?
Portrait filming usually takes place alongside your wedding photographs on the wedding day, around noon to 2 pm or at sunset. Allow approximately 15–60 minutes.
Filming around midday is often limited by harsh light and a tight schedule. That’s why more and more couples choose a separate day for their portrait session, ideally 2–3 hours before sunset. This gives us the freedom to make the most of the location and light, and to capture beautiful footage in a relaxed atmosphere.
06Can we film our wedding portraits abroad?
Do you love travelling and dream of creating a truly special memory? Filming wedding portraits abroad means stepping out of your comfort zone, but I promise it’s worth it. You’ll come home with beautiful footage, unforgettable experiences and new friendships.
I often bring my partner, Matej Salát, on these film trips so we can capture both your love and the surrounding scenery as beautifully as possible. Matej also helps create behind-the-scenes videos, photographs and stories for your social media. Iceland, the Philippines or Morocco? There are no limits to your imagination.
